Jocelyn and Erica are both Certified Baptiste Yoga instructors who founded Living Room Yogis at the beginning of the pandemic. They believe that now more than ever, people need yoga to help support their mental and physical health. Whether you’re brand new to yoga, or a seasoned practitioner, you will leave their classes feeling grounded.
