24/7 Emergency Shelter
Avenue 15 provides youth ages 12 to 17 who are experiencing homelessness with temporary shelter and basic needs. The shelter is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Housing & Outreach
Nothing is more important than having a safe place to stay.
Trellis’ housing services offer short and long-term programs for young people experiencing homelessness as well as access to counselling, employment support, and life-skill development as they move toward stable independent living.
Youth Group Programming
Youth Group Programming offers a safe, welcoming place for youth to come after school, make friends, and grow.

Employment & Education Support
Trellis’ employment services offer a wide variety of supports including workshops that focus on a variety of topics such as resume and cover letter writing, interview preparation, work skills development, and searching for the right job.
Our education programs are aimed at vulnerable youth and those at risk of dropping out of school. In all cases, we focus on staying in school as a means of setting youth up for success.

We know newcomers face a unique set of challenges, especially young people.
Building Youth Connections helps with referrals, coaching, conversation clubs, and more to create a network of support.
