Infinity is a housing first program for youth ages 16 to 24 who are experiencing homelessness. With a focus on harm reduction this scattered-site housing program aims to house youth in the community of their choice.
The Infinity program will work alongside you to find a home to create stability and safety so that you can work towards healing, growth, self-sufficiency and independence.
The Infinity program helps 42 youth at any given time to find stability, maintain housing and build the connections needed to grow into adulthood.
Infinity collaborates with the Canadian Homeless Hub on a research project for a ‘Housing First program for youth who find themselves on the homeless continuum.’
